We ship Australia-wide, and we pack every order with care. Here's what you need to know.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it's dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days from dispatch to anywhere in Australia. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and any carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $60 AUD
- Flat rate shipping on orders under $60 — calculated at checkout
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, contact us at info@coolcribdecor.com.

International Shipping

Lost or Delayed Orders
